EventsFrom 1999 to 2015, we hosted 10 Conferences, 3 Social Brilliance events and 7 Megavents for grads of our network, with 2 more Megavents in 2022 & 2024. Our focus at these events was to bring together people who are passionate about Global Transformation, Visionary Business, Innovating the Landscape of Leadership, Unleashing Genius and Consciousness Innovation.

From 2003 to 2017, we led breakthrough workshops (Visionary Coaching, Source Leadership, Unleash Your Genius, Consciousness Innovation and more) in Denmark, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Canada, USA & the UK. Participants were primarily change-makers, leading edge trainers, consultants & coaches who in turn took these concepts back out into the world for greater global transformation.
Over the past decade, Soleira hosts webinars online designed to unleash genius, mastery & power. Her latest series is called SOURCE MASTERY. |
After writing THE ALCHEMICAL COACH book in 2003 (which is still way ahead of its time), Soleira has trained & coached visionary coaches, trainers, leaders & consultants around the world. She still regularly coaches people who are up to making the world an ever more brilliant place where all life thrives.

Future InnovationFor the past 12 years, Soleira has hosted a consciousness innovation group called a MURMURATION OF MAESTROS. We gather weekly on Zoom calls from Norway, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, the UK & the USA to do breakthrough consciousness work for the world. About Us

At 76 & 74 respectively, we are both wonderfully healthy, representing what is today called 'super aging'. We have great vitality and plan to keep running our globally impactful business for some time to come.
Five years ago Santari had triple by-pass heart surgery and today is healthier than ever. In 2024 he graduated with his BA Hons. and in 2025 began his Masters degree in English Literature with the Open University. We have travelled the world in the last 27 years and have now settled in Wells, Somerset, UK just five miles from Glastonbury (Avalon) where we first met in 1996. Soleira has started a Facebook page called Avalon ~ The Enchanted Lands, with over 16K followers with one video achieving over 530,000 views.
