2019 has been extraordinary for me. While the world can sometimes seem in complete turmoil, what's been happening in the quantum / consciousness world is phenomenal. Let me show you what I mean....

1. Source energy has flooded the planet and a good number of us, humans and animals alike as well, have now embodied that Source'ness into ourselves in our every day lives. Don't believe me? Take a look at any of those images of glorious whales leaping to the sky to demonstrate to humans the god'ness of the oceans.

2. Consciousness has gone QUANTUM as well as become fully present, super conscious and alive like never before. Which of course is reflected in all of us at play in this grand game. For me and my buddies we're now discovering that we live in a quantum reality/world and are finessing the art forms of matrix coding, web weaving and the new miraculous as a normal state of being - just to name a few of the new breakthrough possibilities we're bringing to life now.

3. There are now a good number of people at work the world over on what I like to call 'the new miraculous', with a plan to make that our normal state of being able to optimise our own well being, including genetics, physicality, illness, aging, etc. We are discovering that nothing is set in stone and that all things truly are possible if you just go for it and play in the limitless infinite playgrounds of possibility.

4. Some of us have superceded individual being'ness. As we engaged with and played with (in my Quantum ALLchemy series) becoming the infinite sentient consciousness of the universe, both it and we elevated to whole new levels of being this year. In fact I would say a good number of us superceded individual beingness and have become vibrant, emanational, pulsing forces of greatness, godness, goodness, kindness, etc. - whatever it is that is ours to become and make available to all. We are no longer just tapping the field, but ARE the quantum field of Life walking and soaring - which is allowing us to discover brand new levels of power surging as we partner with and become effervescent Life Power illuminating and elevating this world.

5. We've unleashed our inner masteries and downloaded new ones with great regularity, discovering as we did this that shared masteries is truly a thing. In my new Matrix Coders group and Quantum Groove series, we're doing exactly that. Super powers .... everybody's got 'em and if one person has it, everyone else can too! Now how's that for a brand new reality for this world.

6. We have been handed the reins of co-sourcing and co-creating a brand new, super innovative future for us all. A world in which deep connection is an of course and genius, mastery, super powers and innovational creation soar in everyone the world over.

So if this is what's been happening throughout 2019, what will 2020 bring! I am so excited about this coming year. I've just done coaching calls with three wonderful people who were struggling with the concept of traditional sales and marketing. The thing is that these are people who are getting that we're entering a whole new era of how business operates. You probably will notice this yourself as, like so many now, you avoid anything that is trying to sell you something. So what are sales and marketing being replaced by?

1. Authentic, genuine expression and wonderful engagement with resonant people is where it's at now. Be true to yourself in everything you create and be good to everyone you come into contact with. .

2. We want to uplift, inspire and empower people now, so pointing out their problems and issues to be fixed or solved can occur like diminishment instead of empowerment. For me, the recognition of genius, mastery and unique awesomeness is where it's at these days.

3. I use a greater calling with resonant players to get my webinar series to fill. And if it's not right for someone in their current circumstance then I am more likely to talk them out of it and point them in the right direction because I'm up for the fulfilment of the greater game and each person's unique contribution to that as opposed to making money at any cost.

4. If I have an exciting new idea, I dive in and put it out there. It can take me about an hour to get a webpage up and something to promote it. Planning for me is a waste of time because everything moves so fast that it's the now that matters.

5. The more you love what you do, the more great vibes soar across the matrix of connections and ping something with those who resonate. Then the magic takes over and somehow they find you in ways way beyond marketing techniques.

6. I have thrown the term professional out the window. Being really me is more engaging to people than me trying to look or sound a particular way to match professional standards.
