Unleashing the Unleading ... The advent of collaborative genius fusion

I can't call myself a leader or a teacher anymore. Why? Because we've entered the era of what I like to call COLLABORATIVE GENIUS FUSION.

Of course I'm still at the leading edge of everything. Of course I still have loads of my own insights and creations I like to pass on. BUT the power of things now is in what we can create together as unleashed genius innovators sourcing brand new, exciting possibilities for the future of us all.

So now instead of leading or teaching, I facilitate the unleashing of our creative genius merging and fusing into extraordinary wonders. I see each person I work with as an incredible master with treasures inside them just waiting to be gifted to the world. I source the space for us to come together, without conflict, without the push and pull of being right or wrong, and we make magic happen together. Every single one of my group calls are like this, on any topic at all. We geniusly create future nows that take your breath away and we do in the knowing that each one of us is a major contributor to this creation.

So what if in the world of business today people could start operating from collaborative genius fusion? What if everyone's contribution was used and everyone's genius was unleashed? In order to do that leaders would need to stop leading and start unleashing the brilliance that is everywhere around them. I don't believe that's what's happening in most businesses today. But maybe it's time to UNLEASH THE UNLEADING ... where everyone shows up in their most passionate, joyful contribution, aligned to making great things happen for the mission and ethos of that business today. I am up for that big time!
